Shipping policy
We confirm each order via call/SMS or WhatsApp by our Customer Service Representative, 3 attempts will be performed and in case of no response, order will be cancelled.
All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 days of you placing the order by using our delivery partner, depending on your location and fastest available service.
Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 5 business days however, you may be received your items earlier than described.
Delivery can be delayed up to 10 working days during busy shopping season or in case of excess demand.
All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as Poor Weather Conditions, Lockdown etc.
Don’t accept the parcel if sealed is open or package is teared off.
We are not able to accept any of your cancellations request after the order has been processed & dispatched.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS?
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
